As the RSM, you will oversee sales operations for hospital medical products across Western Canada, focusing on building strong relationships with healthcare providers and driving revenue growth. Your strategic vision, leadership, and sales expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's continued success in delivering innovative healthcare solutions to the region. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a sales team and key accounts across BC, AB, SK, and MB to achieve sales targets. Strategic territory planning, analysis, and execution. Build and maintain relationships with key customers (health authorities, GPOs and shared services), hospital executives, healthcare KOLs and other stakeholders in each region.
