When working onsite, you will be situated in the middle of a 20-acre orchard that is home to delicious destination ? a cidery, distillery, eatery, and farmhouse store. Your team is a collaborative group of like-minded people dedicated to a creativity and fun.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Project Management:*
* Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing projects for our two revenue streams, wholesale and hospitality, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation alongside owners and team.
* Coordinate with production, hospitality, and events teams to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly across all business areas.
*Marketing Strategy:*
* Collaborate with leadership to create marketing strategies that amplify the brand?s presence in both wholesale markets and direct-to-consumer experiences.
* Develop campaigns and promotions that highlight our unique offerings of farm to table, orchard to glass, and for profit social enterprise philosophies.
* Ensure marketing materials communicate our story and values while adhering to brand guidelines.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration:*
* Partner with the wholesale and production team to support distributor relationships, product launches, and trade marketing.
* Work closely with the hospitality team to promote seasonal menus, events, and immersive customer experiences.
* Liaise with the events team to market private and public events, ensuring strong attendance and customer satisfaction.
*Performance Analysis:*
* Monitor and report on the success of marketing projects across both revenue streams, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics alongside team and owners.
* Apply insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
* Maintain a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities in the beverage and hospitality industries.
*Qualifications:*
*Education & Experience:*
* Preferably degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in the food and beverage, or hospitality industries.
*Skills:*
* Strong project management skills.
* Experience in wholesale and hospitality marketing, with knowledge of distribution and consumer engagement strategies preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and storytelling.
* Knowledge of marketing analytics tools
* Experience with Trello, Square, Tock, Klayvio, and Wordpress is an asset

Merridale is a family-run business that has been making memories for over 30 years. Our farmhouse location in Cowichan is home to a cidery, distillery, eatery, store and event venue. Using traditional fermenting and distilling methods, we handcraft intriguing cider, spirits and food produced with a sense of origin, curiosity, and integrity. Our products are sold throughout BC and at the farmhouse. Focusing on sustainable and responsible practices, we follow an orchard to glass, and farm to table philosophy. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 35 per week
