Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Sheet metal shop. Tasks: Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products. Document work completed. Lay out, set up and operate one or more light or heavy metalworking machines. Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions. Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist. Clean work area. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Personal suitability: Team player.
