This role will enhance and maintain integrations between data warehousing, automation platforms, and other business systems, ensuring high standards in data management and process efficiency. The engineer will leverage technical expertise to propose, develop, and support solutions aligned with LPC?s values and goals, emphasizing creative problem-solving and SDLC best practices. This position will also support new initiatives and systems within the LPC software landscape, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. The engineer will make best practice recommendations across various platforms, promoting adaptability and growth in line with business needs. This is a full-time position and hybrid-remote work arrangement. *Duties and Responsibilities:* · Develop, manage, and maintain data integration workflows to ensure seamless data flow across platforms, supporting accurate and timely business insights. · Enhance and support process automation through workflow tools, optimizing operations and improving efficiency across departments. · Design, update, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. · Collaborate with data teams to manage and optimize data storage, retrieval, and integrity across databases and data warehouses. · Support and enhance core business platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM), focusing on functionality, integration, and alignment with evolving business needs. · Evaluate the current technology environment and recommend innovative, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. · Utilize scripting to automate repetitive tasks and streamline data workflows, improving efficiency and consistency in processes. · Integrate new systems and applications within the existing technology landscape, ensuring alignment with business requirements and interoperability. · Provide strategic recommendations for system optimization, ensuring best practices ar
