<p><span>We are looking for a senior retail operations advisor, Snowmobile and Sea-Doo, North America who will report to the Snow and Water Director, North America, and who?ll be tasked with helping us in maintaining our leadership position within the Powersports industry in North America. As part of your role, you?ll be significantly contributing to the organization?s growth. You?ll be at the forefront of bringing new strategies and ideas to differentiate BRP among top competitors and build strong momentum in the key markets.</span></p> <p><b><span>YOU?LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>Identify monthly Go-to-market priorities, build action plans with key stakeholders and report progress with members of the senior management team.</span></li> <li><span>Lead Regional Go-to-market & 360 campaigns by developing strategies and deploying tactics that will solidify our position in the market while stimulating retail sales.</span></li> <li><span>Play a key role in execution of the growth plays in key markets and ensure strong delivery and execution of your regional marketing plans.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure strong synergies among internal departments; optimize processes and communication among key stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Build strong business relationships with regional and district sales managers involved in your regional plans.</span></li> <li><span>Manage change to make your ideas happen with the support of your director and sales director.</span></li> <li><span>Support your director with the identification of opportunities and definition of short and long-term business strategy.</span></li> </ul> <p><b><span>YOU?LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>A bachelor?s degree in a business or marketing discipline.</span></li> <li><span>5+ years of experience in one of the following fields: commercial/sales, marketing, retail operations.</span></li> <li><span>The ability to manage projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Quebec or unilingual French on a daily basis</span></li> </ul> <p><b><span>ASSETS:</span></b></p> <ul> <li><span>Demonstrated leadership skills and ownership.</span></li> <li><span>Highly driven with a burning desire to WIN against the competition.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated good analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Do you have other qualifications?
