*Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Abatement Pro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion , ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving projects forward while managing cross-functional teams. *Responsibilities* * Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. * Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. * Utilize project management tools to track progress and facilitate collaboration. * Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to present updates, negotiate changes, and address any concerns. * Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project phases. * Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. * Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability. * Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve goals. *Experience* * Proven experience in project management with a focus on team management and program management in a construction setting. * Proficiency with software for resource planning and tracking. * Strong data analysis skills to assess project metrics and performance indicators. * Demonstrated ability in project planning, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Familiarity with change management principles and practices. * Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred) Experience: * Project management: 2 years (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-02- LocationCalgary, AB
