We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various departments. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
_*Duties*_
* Manage basic operations, including daily timesheets, rental tracking, and billing.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
* Assist with managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
* Coordinate scheduling for meetings and appointments, including room bookings and necessary equipment.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
_*Experience*_
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is required.
* Proficiency in computer systems and software such as Excel, Site Docs, Work Hub, Open Invoice/Open Ticket, and Google Suite.
* Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is advantageous. -
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with team members and clients.
* A background in customer service is a plus, demonstrating the ability to engage positively with diverse individuals.
