*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor activities, prevent loss, and respond to incidents as they arise. *Duties* * Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security. * Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. * Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property. * Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns. * Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security. * Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement is preferred. * Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring equipment is advantageous. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. * Must possess a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations. * High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or related fields is a plus.
