Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Education- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)Competencies- Interpersonal skills- Communication skills- Organizational skills- Basic - Computer skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- Food Safe certificate, where required- Valid driver's license, where required- This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel required to various community sites within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina).
