*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. *Responsibilities* * Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. * Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime. * Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and electrical components. * Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. * Coordinate project management tasks related to maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. * Train and supervise staff on best practices in industrial maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment operation. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization. *Skills* * Proficiency in low voltage systems and HVAC operations. * Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management. * Excellent project management skills with a logical approach to problem-solving. * Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in industrial settings. * Experience with CMMS for effective maintenance tracking and reporting. * Solid background in electrical systems and industrial maintenance practices. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
