As a mechanically inclined Farm Technician, you will be integral to the efficient operation of farm machinery and equipment. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and maintenance skills to ensure all machinery is in optimal working condition. Your role will also involve mobile emergency support out side the shop, contributing to the overall productivity of the farm. With relevant skills in heavy equipment operation and hand tools, you will help maintain a safe and effective working environment, supporting the farm's goals and operational success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintenance and operating of farm equipment such as tractors, sprayer, combine and semi trucks. AZ licensee is not a must, but an asset. Experience in a similar position is beneficial. We are willing to train. You do not need to be a certified mechanic to apply!
