*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including account reconciliation, budgeting, and payroll. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting software. *Duties* * Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. * Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review. * Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. * Develop and manage budgets, forecasting future financial performance based on historical data. * Supervise payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. * Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation and support. * *Skills* * Proficient in account reconciliation and analysis with a keen eye for detail. * Experience with Sage essential. * Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. * Familiarity with payroll systems and regulations. * Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to forecast financial trends effectively. * Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide insights. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
