*SALARY:*Base (plus commission)
*What is your Role?*
Join our dynamic team of Customer Service Specialists offering clear, detailed and concise sales and service to our existing and soon to be clients. Support our growing team of professional technicians through coordinating all services with coordinated efforts and delivering on superior client support as a key contributor to our head office team.
Daily your responsibilities encompass detailed tracking of service requirements and identifying growth opportunities with our evolving client requests. Your solid skills in Microsoft Office 365 will be essential to your personal and team success. Professional communication via telephone, email or text is just second nature and part of your daily work flow.
PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Be the first impression for all sales and service processes; following up on leads
* Schedule all incoming and follow-up service requests in coordination with our delivery team
* Maintain client contact in advance of service, educate and supporting successful execution by our Technicians
* Other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum 1 years of high volume Customer Service Related experience
* Computer proficiency using MS Office Applications (Specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel)
* Computer proficiency

* Appreciation of client perspective and a strong desire to improve client experience
* Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while managing strict deadlines
* Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust

* High performer in fast paced environments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
