We're currently seeking a dynamic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and be the friendly face that welcomes our clients. *Position: Part-Time Receptionist* *Key Responsibilities:* * Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing phone inquiries. * Proficiently handle claims for Registered Massage Therapist's clients, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. * Utilize Jane app software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline administrative tasks. * Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing excellent customer service. *Qualifications:* * Prior experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. * (preferred but not required) Knowledge of Health Care: RMT, Acupuncturist, Chiropractic, Physio If you're ready to make a positive impact in a thriving healthcare practice, please submit your resume.
