*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team for *EATON CENTRE ($20 per hour + commission)*. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products to enhance their shopping experience. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Conduct product demos to showcase items and encourage purchases. * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves as needed. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. *Experience* * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
