*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to engage with customers, demonstrate products, and maintain a well-organized workspace will contribute to a positive shopping experience. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. * Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. * Provide product demonstrations and effectively communicate features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. * Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability. * Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with cashiering duties and experience using POS systems is a plus. * Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable. * A passion for technology sales or experience in demonstrating tech products is advantageous. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * Pro Serve AGLC License Required Join our team today and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers!
