*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations in order picking, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy. *Responsibilities* * Perform order picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently. * Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage orders. * Build and prepare packages for shipping, ensuring all items are securely packed. * Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders. * Operate heavy equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. * Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. * Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking shelves as necessary. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with order picking processes and package handling is a plus. * Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software. * Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. * Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
