Rally is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our Sarnia team!

*Key Responsibilities & Duties:*
* Lead projects, oversee resources, and ensure project delivery across all phases, adhering to Project Management Manual and Client standards.
* Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
* Identify and manage changes to scope, budget, and schedule by implementing approved change processes.
* Utilize formal documentation tools (e.g., Trends, Change Notices) to secure approvals before changes are implemented.
* Prepare and maintain Project Execution Plans (PEP), Change Management Plans, and Communication Plans.
* Ensure alignment on resource planning, value engineering, and quality control processes.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve project issues, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
* Responsible for project outcomes (cost, schedule, and quality), formal reporting, and deliverable turnover.
*Qualifications*
* 25+ years experience in Oil and Gas, Refinery, Oil sands, Petrochemical, Pipeline, Biofuel and LNG.
* 15+ years as a Project Manager (includes 3+ years of practical experience in a Project Engineering / Project Coordination role) within an EPCM environment, working on multiple small projects or large capital projects, brownfield and greenfield throughout the Project Lifecycle from DBM, FEED and Detailed Design.
* Worked on large capital projects >$50M TIC.
* Minimum four (4) year Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* PMI Designation.
* Makes decisions and recommendations on highly sensitive or complex issues; exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy.
* Uses judgment to interpret policy and draws upon past practice, industry knowledge and ingenuity to come up with a solution where there is more than one approach available.
* Soft skills ? such as communication, multi tasking, shifting priorities, meeting deadlines, leading, managing, coaching, organizing, customer services, teamwork, collaboration, etc.
