Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000. Tasks: Direct the delivery of social and community service programs. Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs. Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups. Plan, administer and control budgets for projects, programs, support services and equipment. Resolve conflict situations. Coaching. Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
