Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Professionalism in customer service. Load and unload goods. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Deliver goods to customers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Air Brakes Endorsement. Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks). Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Transportation/travel experience: Local. Regional. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). More than 45 kg (100 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Steel-toed safety boots. Gloves. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Reliability. Team player. Initiative. Client focus. Dependability. Punctuality. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?.
