<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing/HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing, HVAC, and gas-related issues for both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical skill set, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:</strong> Identify and resolve plumbing, HVAC, and gas issues effectively and efficiently.</li><li><strong>Service & Repair:</strong> Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and gas systems.</li><li><strong>Customer Interaction:</strong> Communicate clearly with customers to assess needs, explain services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide honest, accurate estimates for work.</li><li><strong>Installation:</strong> Install new HVAC systems, plumbing systems, water heaters, and related components when necessary.</li><li><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong> Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate service records, including invoices, work orders, and diagnostic reports.</li><li><strong>Service Vehicle:</strong> Based on experience, a company service vehicle may be provided for job-related travel.</li><li><strong>Emergency Service:</strong> Respond to after-hours calls and emergency service requests as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience as a Plumbing or HVAC Service Technician, or a combination of both, is required. Gas technician certification is a plus.</li><li><strong><span class="long-word">Licenses/Certifications:</span></strong> Valid plumbing, HVAC, or gas <span class="long-word">certifications/licenses</span> as required by local/state regulations.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and gas lines. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of issues.</li><li><strong>Customer Service Skills:</strong> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.</li><li><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Driver's License:</strong> Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if company vehicle is provided).</li></ul></div></div>- LocationOutlook, SK
