Job Description: Intermediate Planner in Toronto Salary Range: $110,000 - $120000 Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Intermediate Planner to join our clients real estate development team, reporting to the Vice-President. The Intermediate Planner will be involved in all stages of planning approvals, from feasibility to design to occupancy and registration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, land development, and project management, with a proven track record in bringing development projects to completion. Candidates should either be a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) or nearing completion. Primary Duties: Coordinate and manage all planning approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
