*Job Title: Change Management Specialist* *Location: Montreal,QC* *Type: Fulltime* *Job Description:* ? Good knowledge of change management methodologies, models, techniques and tools. ?Autonomy, flexibility, excellent listening, analysis and synthesis skills, customer service, good interpersonal relations, creativity and curiosity are essential assets. ? The ability to present to groups at all levels of management. ? Fluency in French and English\* (oral and written). ? Knowledge of the company's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values and code of ethics. ? Planning and organizational skills to effectively mobilize time and resources. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 or later versions.\* Fluency in English is required for this position, as the candidate will be required to collaborate on a daily basis with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders or stakeholders outside Quebec. *Roles and Responsibilities:* ? Helping our internal clients to think about and define their overall change management strategy in order to provide them with tailor-made end-to-end support. ? Contributes to the development and implementation of a change management framework (tools, templates, guiding principles). ? Leads workshops with work teams and stakeholders to capture impacts, risks and issues. ? Implement all levels of change management to mobilize and involve key project stakeholders. ? Perform change management activities, including stakeholder identification, impact analysis, human and organizational risk assessment, implementation of communication and training plans, and preparation or transition to change implementation. ? With the Project Management Office, coordinate change management activities and ensure the production of deliverables. ? Ensure the quality of change management deliverables and produce progress reports.? Define and measure success criteria and monitor the progress of change for each project. ? Lead and monitor change management deliverables related to project governance and ensure the integration of activities and deliverables into the overall project schedule.? Proposes action plans to achieve objectives in response to unforeseen situations and potential risks."
