DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: * Validate testing process for new product and make clear instructions on testing procedure. * Set up product test fixture and troubleshoot common problems. * Participate in continuous improvement for existing product. * Report issues timely and work efficiently with R&D on product testing software issues. * Identify issues on existing production lines and provide temporary and long-term solutions. * Replacement material checking and confirm. * Instruction checking and confirm. * Process change approval. * Urgent issue following-up. * Be able to work independently on product testing setup. * Be familiar with SMT production process and be able to do simple rework on PCBA. * Be able to read and modify wiring diagram for testing fixtures. * Monitor new product pilot run for potential issues on mass production. * Be able to write technical report in a concise way * Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS · Minimum 3 year of AutoCAD drafting experience · Work background in electrical engineering and/or manufacturing is preferred · Self-starter and a team player in a diversified and dynamic and fast-paced product development environment · Energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic · Ability to handle multiple diverse assignments successfully in a consulting firm environment · Detail-oriented with respect to quality and accuracy · Capable of working independently, while being a collaborative member of the team · Takes initiative to complete tasks in progress and seek creative solutions · Problem-solving and resourcefulness · Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines · Uncompromised commitment to confidentiality *We thank you for your interest in joining the Accuenergy team and for submitting your application for our positions.* *We appreciate the time and effort you invested in your application.
