Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Clean and lubricate cranes. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Perform routine maintenance work. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform safety and security checks. Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Flexibility. Reliability. Judgement. Organized.
