*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball and a commitment to educating and inspiring athletes of all ages. Shoot360 will give you access to the most technologically advanced systems to help you work with athletes so they can become successful. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams. * Educate athletes on basketball techniques, strategies, and game play. * Monitor and assess athlete performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement. * Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages teamwork and personal growth. * Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring that all activities are engaging and effective. * Communicate with athletes and their families regarding progress, expectations, and events. * Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. * Promote Shoot360 programs in the community and encourage athlete participation *Q*ualifications * Prior basketball coaching our playing experience at the high school, club, or college level. * Strong knowledge of basketball rules, tactics, and player development. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate effectively. * Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels. * Experience in coaching or teaching is preferred but not mandatory. * A passion for Basketball education and athlete development is essential. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships. * Must be able to pass criminal records and child intervention checks. * Availability during evenings and weekends. *Pay & Benefits* * Hourly rate between $15 and $20 per hour up to 30 hrs per week * Coaches earn commission on memberships sold and private training sessions IF YOU WANT AN INTERERVIEW please answer the following questions * Please indicate why you are interested in the position * Provide a brief summary of your education, experience and qualifications for this positon * What is your passion for the basketball community * Tell us in 2-4 sentences how you believe you are strong at making connections?
