Looking for a career that's challenging, rewarding, and will fill your closet with all the latest trends? 27 Boutique is now hiring a Full Time Assistant Manager. _*The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:*_ - Proven successful experience as an assistant retail manager - Powerful leading skills and business orientation - A warm & positive attitude - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Strong organization & prioritization skills - Honesty & Accountability - Creativity - Confidence & Commitment - A leader, and extremely comfortable with delegating - Strong customer & team management skills _*Job Description:*_ Developing store strategies to increase store traffic & optimize profitability - Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff - Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through stellar customer service - Maintain outstanding store aesthetics & visual merchandising standards - Update online products, fill orders, and oversee smooth operation of the online store - Assist the Manager with duties as needed *Previous management experience (or other relevant experience) is required.* We offer a competitive wage, with plenty of additional perks, access to a gym, rooftop pool, & lounge area, benefits and an amazing discount on clothes!
