We are currently seeking a positive, adaptable and reliable individual to fill the Wellness Coordinator position at Divine Elements Health Centre ("Divine Elements") located in Vancouver, BC.
This part-time permanent role provides patient care and support while effectively managing the schedule and the daily flow of the clinic. You will also be responsible for assisting patients with therapies in the Longevity Lab, a state-of-the-art biohacking facility connected to Divine Elements.
This is a dynamic position that requires strong time management skills and a naturally calm and compassionate disposition. You will be working with our Naturopaths other Wellness Coordinator to ensure the clinic is well-organized and a welcoming, nurturing environment is maintained.

*Skills and Qualifications*
*Required:*
* At least 1-2 years of customer service setting (medical office experience is a bonus).
* Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace/G Suite.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident, friendly, and adaptable "people person" who can build strong relationships.
* Open, accountable, communicative, flexible and patient team player who can provide and receive feedback.
* Enthusiasm to learn about or a passion for health and wellness.
*Preferred or an Asset:*
* Familiarity with Janeapp, SmartND, or similar systems. ( will be trained on these)
* Background in Holistic Nutrition, including knowledge of food sensitivities, hormone and gut health, detox protocols, keto, and intermittent fasting.
*Duties and Responsibilities Include:*
* Managing the daily schedule and ensuring an efficient flow
* Scheduling (in person, through email and over the phone), responding to inquiries and requests- in conjunction with our VA, taking payments in person
* Establish excellent patient care, communication, and retention
* Ordering clinic supplies and supplements and managing inventory
* Assisting patients in the Longevity Lab and making sure they're comfortable (setting them up with therapies, transitioning them from one station to the next)
* Developing an understanding of each practitioner, modalities, and their specialties, as well as the therapies within the Longevity Lab
* Assisting patients in finding the best fit for their needs and health goals
* Ensuring patient information is kept confidential and secure at all times
* Performing daily opening and closing duties
* Maintaining program tracking documents
* Updating/editing Google Drive Docs as needed
* Promoting/selling membership packages
* Maintaining clinic cleanliness throughout the day
