Purpose The Product Owner Salesforce will contribute to the overall success of in building and deploying the Salesforce CRM across all International Commercial Banking markets. They will develop a strategic roadmap to deliver key business initiatives, strategies and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its application within the commercial banking sector. The Product Owner, Salesforce will assume end-to-end ownership for the development and strategic roadmap of the Commercial Salesforce CRM Platform by leading a cross-functional team to conceptualize, define and implement the Salesforce CRM and develop a foundation for the Salesforce Ecosystem strategy for International Commercial Banking. You will leverage your ability to organize and motivate teams, work in tandem with other Product Owners, International Banking Technology, Canadian Banking Technology (CBT) Partners, Business Lines/Countries, Subject Matter Experts, Vendor Partners and Software Developers and Designers to translate customer journey directives into actionable backlog deliverables. As the Product Owner, Salesforce you will be an advocate for the client and employee experience by continuously engaging SMEs and stakeholders to ensure the team is building the right solution and adding value for our Relationship Manager, Stakeholders and ultimately our Clients. What You'll Do: Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Discover customer problems, translate them into requirements and prioritize in the backlog. Serve as the primary source of external information for the Scrum teams, offering clear definitions of the targeted capability, the intended value to the customer, vision and sprint goals, and functional/non-functional requirements. Assist in the development of product roadmaps according to business value/ROI. Author, refine and approve backlog items, with clearly articulated acceptance criteria Engage day-to-day with the scrum teams writing and clarifying user stories, participating in sprint planning and reviews, backlog grooming and prioritization. Manage and prioritize backlog contents, ensuring sufficient depth of groomed items for development consumption and commitment Apply incremental delivery principles, drive the delivery of business value, communicate progress, elicit feedback and enable stakeholder reviews for validation in the process Review QA test plans to align with acceptance criteria, facilitate testing and review of early builds for adherence to functional requirements Manage engagement with bank stakeholders and effectively communicate product release contents and expected product capabilities/customer journey Identify, manage and engage with the Change Team (as required) on business activities related but not limited to operating model, training, communications etc. Engage with analytics teams to establish, measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting capabilities for new features. Facilitate problem solving on a day-today basis as required, working closely with development on implementation challenges Communicates status externally to the other POs and project stakeholders. Inspect the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has authority to accept or reject work done.
