We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our team! Reporting directly to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor is a true generalist and enjoys all aspects of Human Resources, providing collaborative support to value-add initiatives across the Business. The successful incumbent provides full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, HRIS administration, leave of absence management, total rewards including job evaluation, and health & safety administration. It will be a very active role, requiring you to be very engaged, creative, self-managed and self-driven. What You’ll Be Doing: Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and the development of job descriptions.
