*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and farm equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations on-site, including the safe and effective use of bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for performing tasks that require mechanical knowledge and expertise in heavy equipment operation. *Responsibilities* * Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, Skidsteers, and Excavators to complete various projects. * Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Dig trenches, holes, or foundations as required for construction or agricultural purposes. * Build and maintain roads or other structures using farm machinery. * Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment to prevent accidents. * Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively. * Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. *Requirements* * Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, Skidsteers, and Excavators . * Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery. * Valid commercial driving license preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Water and Sewer, Roadworks, and shallow utility work.
