4Sight Search Solutions is currently recruiting a Portfolio Manager for a leading provider of factoring solutions, dedicated to empowering businesses across industries to thrive by optimizing their cash flow. Hours of Work: May vary from 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Rate of Pay: $47,000 - $60,000 per year (depending upon experience) + bonus (after probation period) Key Tasks and Responsibilities:   Collaborating with other Account Executives (or Assistants) in developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients to increase use of products and services. Direct and assist clients with daily funding, responding to emails, phone calls, numerous concurrent inquiries, with accurate and detailed information. Through the company training program, developing an understanding of the invoice factoring service and related products to explain and promote effectively to customers. Efficiently performing the administration and paperwork for completed or in progress transactions. With a strong attention to detail, reviewing documents for accuracy. Completing credit checks and making collection calls, as required. Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years account executive or related experience with proven ability to generate satisfied customers and repeat business. A background in business or finance is a strong asset. Dynamic and driven to achieve results in a must. IT literate and numerically adept. Willing/eager to learn and develop basic knowledge of the financial sector, as well as company specific products. Benefits Room to grow within the company and develop your career further.
