<p>Are you organized, solution-oriented, passionate about customer service and do you love everything related to maintenance and renovation? We are looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Service and Maintenance Coordinator. Your main responsibilities: Ensure rigorous follow-up between tenant requests and maintenance staff. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively responding to tenant needs. Contact and coordinate subcontractors when necessary. Support the General Manager in purchasing while respecting the allocated budget. Support the maintenance team by planning the schedule and priorities. Perform all other related tasks related to customer service and building maintenance.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>What we are looking for:<BR><BR>A proactive and organized person<BR><BR>Communication skills and an excellent sense of service<BR><BR>An ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of rigor.<BR><BR>Knowledge of maintenance, renovation and everything related to the upkeep of a building</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Error: A1</li><li>Error: A1</li></ul><div>Administration</div><ul><li> Provide a high level of customer service</li><li>Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties</li><li>Distribute notices to residents</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met</li><li>Follow up on dossiers, monitor schedules, issue reminders and obtain requested information in a timely manner in keeping with established time limits</li><li>Interact with clients, suppliers and residents</li><li>Maintain good relationships with the residents</li><li>Manage customer inquiries</li><li>Note and following up on all residents' requests</li><li>Order materials for the construction and / or renovation of structures on the property</li><li>Perform other related duties</li><li>Responsible for managing the purchase of products and materials as proscribed in the budget</li><li>Work in Microsoft Excel to update data</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Ease in the use of computer tools</li><li>Good communication</li><li>A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)</li><li>A working knowledge of real estate management</li><li>A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and minor repairs</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>To be discussed</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Stimulating challenges, up to your ambitions!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>
