Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Noisy. Cold/refrigerated. Hot. Wet/damp. Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Signal crane operators to position units according to blueprints. Align, weld or bolt units in place. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification. Working at heights training. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Welding techniques: ARC. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Area of specialization: Install structural and architectural pre-cast concrete components. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Manual dexterity. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Safety glasses/goggles. Gloves.
