*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations. This role requires strong responsibility and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. The Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture. *Duties* * Supervise daily activities to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor performance and implement strategies to meet requirements. * Maintain inventory levels. * Foster a collaborative environment by effective communication among staff. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. *Requirements* * Proven experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in a clinical setting. * Good standing Licensed Practitioner Nurse (LPN) or higher credential * Communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with patients from various backgrounds. * Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands.
