As a Home Comfort Advisor with NEDA Heating & Cooling, it is your job to sell and that is it! We take care of all the hard stuff for you, no appointment setting or scheduling installations we have a team that does all of that for you. As member of the sales team you have the opportunity to sell one of Winnipeg's most recognizable and trusted brands. *Job Duties:* · Quote on products and installation · Have general knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning · Coordinate through the sales team consultation appointments · Provide exceptional Customer Service · Stay up to date on new product(s) *Skills Requirements:* · Excellent communication skills are required. · Quick learner · Ability to memorize product knowledge · Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. · High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections. · Clean Driving record *We provide:* · Competitive wages and generous commission - our top Comfort Advisors bring in $80,000 -$120,000 annually · Extended Medical/Dental · Training · Opportunities for advancement · Vacation pay · Flexible work schedule While we thank all candidates for their interest, only those who most closely match our requirements will be contacted.
