With a focus on staying at the forefront of dental technology and promoting professional growth, we are proud to deliver high-quality dentistry in a welcoming and innovative space. *Position: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)* *Hours:* * Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM * Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM * Two Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM _This is a __*temporary position*_ _with an unknown end date, likely between 3-6 months._ *Position Overview:* We are seeking a skilled and reliable *Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)* to join our team for a temporary role. The ideal candidate will have experience providing chairside assistance for a wide range of dental procedures. Implant experience and familiarity with Open Dental software are considered strong assets. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide chairside assistance during all dental procedures, including restorative, preventative, and cosmetic treatments. * Support patients throughout their appointments, ensuring comfort and clear communication. * Accurately maintain patient records and assist with charting in Open Dental. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment. * Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to deliver seamless patient care. *Qualifications & Skills:* * Certified Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a valid license to practice in Alberta. * At least *2 years of experience* as an RDA is preferred. * Experience with dental implants is considered an asset. * Previous experience with *Open Dental software* is a strong asset. * Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-focused attitude. *What We Offer:* * A supportive and collaborative work environment. * A modern clinic equipped with state-of-the-art technology. * Opportunities to enhance skills through exposure to a variety of procedures. *Why Join Us?* At Dental at the Met, we value teamwork, kindness, and patient-centered care.
