I?m going to keep this short and simple; we are looking for a Customer Experience Representative for a Southeast Registry in Edmonton. You will be at the forefront of the Registry providing exceptional service to our customers, you will assist individuals with a wide range of motor vehicle-related services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, accurately, and with a smile. Certifications in AHC, CORES or Basic Registry Certifications experience is a bonus! *Your Key Responsibilities:* ? Provide expert guidance on motor vehicle regulations, processes, and documentation requirements, making complex procedures accessible and understandable for customers. ? Efficiently process various transactions such as driver's license applications, vehicle registrations, and Alberta health care applications, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate. ?Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and creative problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes. *Qualifications:* ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ? Previous customer service experience. ? Provide clean Police Information Check ? High school diploma or equivalent. *What We Offer:* ?
