<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Our client is looking for a <strong>forklift mechanic </strong>with experience in material handling or aerial lift.</p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>First point of contact on all equipment-related issues, both on-site and off-site</li><li>Develop and perform routine maintenance of forklift equipment</li><li>Correctly diagnose faults or malfunctions and inform management of extent and possible costs of repair</li><li>Perform maintenance of engines, engine overhauls, brakes, and various other equipment parts <strong>Perform on-site repair and maintenance services</strong></li><li>Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning</li><li>Conduct weekly inspections and repairs of all vehicles and equipment, including on-site maintenance, if needed</li><li>Maintain inventory of working tools and provide suggestions on improvements and/or changes</li><li>Complete test and maintenance reports</li><li>Maintain clean work areas Employment</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Secondary School Diploma</li><li>Valid Driver's License</li><li><strong>At least 2 years of experience in forklift maintenance, with excellent understanding of engine overhauls, brakes, shift transmissions, and other blueprint specifications</strong></li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Good English speaking and writing skills</li></ul></div></div>- LocationConcord, ON
