As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
*Duties*
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
*Skills*
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Analytical skills to identify and solve customer problems
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.47 per hour
