We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the office.
* Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
* Perform data entry tasks, including filing documents and updating client records accurately.
* Utilize Google Suite for document creation and management, ensuring all materials are well-organized.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area while adhering to office protocols.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred, ideally in a professional office setting.
* Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients.
* Ability to type accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new skills as needed.

Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
