*Job description* *Job Summary: Work with a team to maintain orderly driving range efficiency and cleanliness while providing friendly, customer service.* *Driving Range Attendant reports to the Golf Operations Manager.* *JOB DUTIES* GENERAL OPERATIONS * Be reliably on time * Be considerate and friendly to golfers/customers/guests walking around the property * Follow provincial and district code regarding staff health and safety * Help team/golfers when needed * Maintain performance standards to the high Monaghan Golf Inc. expectations DRIVING RANGE * Ensure that range balls are picked from the driving range * Ensure that all range balls are washed and clean and that there is an ample supply * Ensure that all stalls and surrounding areas are clean and tidy for all guests * Ensure that all baskets are removed from public areas when emptied CUSTOMER SERVICE * Maintain excellent levels of customer service to visitors/golfers/team; have a friendly, welcoming attitude * Ensure that customer requests and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES * Attention to detail * Engaging and friendly personality * Able to work well with others * Very reliable * Accountable Job Type: Full-time or Part-time available Schedule: * Morning shifts 5am-Approximately 11am Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$23.57 per hour Expected hours: 18 ? 30 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationVancouver, BC
