*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and excellent customer support abilities. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with data entry, creating spreadsheets and providing support to our staff.
*Responsibilities*
* Answering calls and emails promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and organizing office supplies.
* Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns.
* Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Experience with Excel, Microsoft and various computer programs such as jobber and YETI.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 ? 30 per week
