*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative and Laser Engraving Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support for personalization orders. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. If you are passionate about helping others and possess strong interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order processing, website related inquiries and payment processing. * Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. * Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor. * Empathetic and understanding of sensitive issues. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions quickly. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
