*Job Title*: Chef at Pepperfry.ca *Location*: Mississauga *About Us*: Pepperfry.ca is a renowned restaurant offering delicious and authentic Indian cuisine with a focus on rich flavors and traditional cooking methods. We are looking for a passionate and talented chef to join our team and elevate our menu with specialty dishes like Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Pan Biryanis, Tandoor, and Sauces. *Responsibilities*: * Prepare and cook Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Pan Biryanis, and a variety of tandoor dishes. * Create and perfect authentic sauces to accompany our dishes. * Ensure that all dishes meet high-quality standards and customer expectations. * Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety practices are followed. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient work environment. * Assist in menu development and suggest new ideas for incorporating traditional flavors into our menu. *Qualifications*: * Proven experience in preparing Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Pan Biryanis, and tandoor dishes. * Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, especially sauces and biryani preparation. * Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * A passion for cooking and creating flavorful, high-quality dishes. *How to Apply*: Please send your resume and portfolio (if available) to andol@pepperfry.ca.
