*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to analyze customer requests to provide effective solutions. *Duties* * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. * Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary. * Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services based on customer needs. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in sales is a plus. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions. * A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service. * Familiarity with Prophet 21 systems or similar software is an advantage.
