Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the careful handling and packaging of egg cartons in our facility. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: * Carefully handle and package egg cartons according to specified guidelines. * Seal cartons and crates securely to prevent damage during transportation. * Adhere strictly to food safety and GMPs standards to maintain product quality and safety. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the packing area to ensure a hygienic environment. * Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. * Report any issues or concerns regarding product quality or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. * Assist with other tasks as assigned to support production needs. Skills: * Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is preferred. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing instructions accurately. * Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. * Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient packing operations.
