Wastewater Treatment Operator IIJoin our City of Kelowna team as a Wastewater Treatment Operator II. Our Wastewater Treatment Facility serves approximately 80 per cent of Kelowna?s population, protecting Okanagan Lake and the connected waterways.As a Wastewater Treatment Operator II, you will monitor and make adjustments at the wastewater treatment processes and wastewater (including storm water) collection systems in compliance with all regulatory and safety regulations. You will troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative and emergency maintenance/repairs along with basic sampling and testing of wastewater quality. Qualifications High school graduation or equivalent EOCP Wastewater Treatment Level II EOCP Wastewater Collection Level I B.C. Driver?s License - Class 5 Computer literacy Experience Teamwork, flexibility, and physical ability Help create Kelowna as a City of the Future.
