HVAC TechnicianBuild a strong city! With over a hundred buildings, facilities and properties to manage, the City of Kelowna is currently looking for a self-motivated, team-player to join our Building Services team as a HVAC Technician.With your Refrigeration Mechanic and Gasfitter (Class B) TQs and relevant experience, you will diagnose, install, repair and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. You will have the opportunity to support the implementation of a preventative maintenance program, as well as contribute to ongoing facility conditions assessments. Depending on experience, there may also be opportunities to support the delivery of capital renewal projects.Qualifications Refrigeration Mechanic TQ Gasfitter (Class B) TQ Experience Candidates with an Electrical TQ and DDC experience would be considered beneficial Please note, ability to obtain enhanced security clearance is required for this positionHelp create Kelowna as a City of the Future.
