Dr HVAC expects a hands-on, work on, and continuous improvement drive from our executives. * Reports directly to the owner to develop a strategic plan to drive revenue. * Daily one-on-one coaching with the service team to review, refine and make them succeed. Their success is your success. * Review of the daily service schedule to ensure execution with zero call-backs. * Manage the relationship between cost effectiveness and profit generation while planning sales deliverables. * Mentor and develop the service team to ensure appropriate sales and quality metrics. _*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*_ * Experience in a Service Manager or other supervising role is desired but not required. * Knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing industry is desired but not required. _*NEXT STEPS*_ * We have 1 open position of this caliber and need to conclude this month. _*THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME*_ Dr. HVAC is an equal opportunity employer.
